Over a decade ago, I was right where you might be now, working as a Learning Designer. I loved what I did, poured everything I had into every project, across all sorts of sectors. But there was this little voice in my head, a call to something more. That's when I decided to take the plunge and start my own gig, Cath Ellis Learning Design.
And oh boy, what a wild ride it's been! Within just a year, things just blew up - my income, the demand, the recognition. I even started getting invites to big-time conferences to share my experiences.
Now, fast forward seven years, I'm taking a moment to look back at this amazing journey. But here's the thing: I don't want to just look back, I want to pass on what I've learned. To help you chase down your dreams, to tap into that amazing potential of yours.
