Hi, I'm Cath
I’ve been a Learning Designer for a long time — long enough to remember when eLearning lived on CDs and everything ran at 800×600. Since then, I’ve spent my career building digital learning across dozens of industries, speaking at conferences around the world, winning awards, and freelancing full time since 2016.
Over the years, people have asked me the same question again and again:
“Cath, when are you going to teach how you do what you do?”
I’ve always wanted to — but I simply couldn’t.
My coaching calendar filled up instantly, I was turning people away constantly, and there was just no way to teach at scale while running a busy freelance studio.
So this Academy is my answer.
Not a beginner school.
Not a “how to start in instructional design” program.
But a place for Learning Designers who already know the basics and are ready for the next stage — the craft, the confidence, the advanced tools, the systems, and the workflows that took me years to figure out.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about growth.
It’s about finally having a space where you can ask questions, learn modern tools, try new approaches, and level up in a supportive, practical way.
